Shipping

Most orders leave our warehouse via Fedex Ground or the US Postal Service within 1-3 business days of order placement.  This means that depending on your proximity to the Cincinnati, OH area you should expect to receive your shipment anywhere from 3-6 business days after placing your order. 

Customer service is our highest priority; once your order is shipped out, we will send you a “Shipping Confirmation” email which will include a tracking number to allow you to follow your package all the way to your front door.

Our standard flat rate shipping is as follows:

• USA (8 bags – $9.00)
• Canada (8 bags – $25.00)
