Shipping

• Most orders leave our warehouse via FedEx Ground within 1-2 business days of order placement.  This means that depending on your proximity to the Cincinnati, OH area you should expect to receive your shipment anywhere from 3-6 business days after placing your order.

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on every additional set you buy. Your first set of 8 bags will cost $12 for shipping. Each additional set of 8 after that SHIPS FREE!  We’re not joking!

• At this time we do not accept orders from outside of the US, including APO/FPO.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please give us a physical address.

• Customer service is our highest priority; once your order is shipped out, we will send you a “Shipping Confirmation” email which will include a tracking number to allow you to follow your package all the way to your front door.
